Plan N Write picThere will be many aspiring writers entering the approaching New Year with an idea for a book. Some will enter with a book idea that was born this year and some will enter the New Year with a book idea that is years old. Before the clock strike midnight and the New Year rolls in, I suggest you decide whether or not you will go another year without giving birth to that book that’s inside of you.

Don’t get overwhelmed because you don’t know all the ins and outs of writing and self-publishing. Today focus on scheduling time to write and writing as planned. Until you get what’s inside you written, there is nothing else along the writing path that you need to know. Above all believe in yourself and your ability to entertain, to heal, to inform, or to inspire someone to greatness with the words that live inside you.

I’m not one for making resolutions, but if you are, make sure you resolve to write and then follow through on that resolution.

Click here for a free copy of my Write & Self-publish chart. It provides the high-level steps you need to write and self-publish your book. I invite you to comment and ask any questions you may have on writing and self-publishing your book.

I have written and published six novels.  My latest book entitled Life on Fire, co-written with my sister Karen D. Bradley, was released in June 2015If you are new to writing a book or self-publishing and want to follow along as I share what I’ve learned, either subscribe to receive my blog posts at www.jenettambradley.com or request to be added to my  group on Facebook, JB’s Writers Studio where the links to the posts will be shared. The group will also be a place for members to ask questions and share information.
